Registration: The deadline for Summer School (July 14-17) registration is June 30.

There is no registration fee, and the number of participants in the summer school is limited to 150. SECUF will cover the costs during the summer school. Participants are responsible for the round trip. 

Please register on the website. And you need to provide relevant personal information, including but not limited to application form (SECUF-2025 Summer School Application Form), your resume, a letter of recommendation (signed by your supervisor), etc. Please email the above-mentioned documents in PDF format to secuf_user@iphy.ac.cn, and name the e-mail as “Name + Summer School Enrollment”.

In addition, the summer school has added a "Young Users" session for users. If you have come to SECUF to conduct experimental research, you can sign up to give an oral presentation, and registration for the summer school will be given priority and support.

SECUF will select the applicants and will be officially notified by email if the selection is approved.

The preliminary plan is to select a portion of each in late April, late May, and mid June, 2025. If enrollment is full during the process, registration will close early.

If you are unable to attend due to a change in schedule after receiving the official registration email, please contact us by June 20, 2025 via email. If registration is approved and you do not show up without an excuse, it will affect the subsequent enrollment of this group and your school in this summer school series.
